Privacy Policy for SaavyScan
SaavyScan (bundle ID com.everfreeman.saavyscan) is made to keep your information on your phone. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
What stays on your device
- Meals you log (food names, portions, nutrition, timestamps) are stored only in the app’s private storage on your iPhone.
- Photos you take are used on-device to identify your meal. They are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared.
- Settings (daily calorie goal, units) are stored only on your device.
What we don’t do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No analytics or tracking.
- No advertising.
- No data sale or sharing with third parties.
- The app makes no network requests for its core features. The bundled food database ships inside the app.
Purchases
If you buy SaavyScan Pro, the purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or handle your payment information.
Children
SaavyScan is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at the same location as this one.
